DELIVERY: Your order will take up to 3-7 working days for your product to reach your nearest PAXI outlet. You will recieve a text notification when your your order is on the way and when it has arrived for collection. Remember to bring along your ID and device where you recieved a collection notification. You have 14 days to collect, you will be reminded within 7 days if you haven't collected it.

RETURNS: Should you be dissatisfied with any items purchased on our website, you may echange unaused items in a sealable condition within 7 days through our PAXI outlet with a refundable R100.

2.2 Exchanges are successful only when provided with proof of purchase. No returns  on items that are on sale. 

2.3 Due to health reasons we do not accept returns on items such as costumes and underwear.

2.4 Should the items purchased on our website be defective, the items, if unaltered maybe returned for a refund or echange.
